Each year, the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) recognizes outstanding educators who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to students with disabilities. Ms. Boyce was selected for her dedication, innovative instruction, and compassionate advocacy for students within the Exceptional Children’s program. Ms. Boyce consistently goes above and beyond to meet the individual needs of her students. Her passion for inclusive education and her ability to inspire both students and colleagues make her truly deserving of this honor.
As Bertie County Public Schools’ 2025 Educator of Excellence, Ms. Boyce will be recognized by NCDPI during the annual Conference on Exceptional Children.
