8th Grade Social Studies

My name is Ms. Sarah Rose T. Demotica. I am a foreign exchange teacher from the Philippines. I have been teaching Social Studies for 12 years. I grew up in Iloilo City, Philippines and graduated from West Visayas State University with a degree in Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in Social Science. In 2010, I was hired at Mandurriao National High School where I handled World History and Economics. In 2016, I was promoted to teach Senior High School and handled Understanding Culture, Society and Politics, Applied Economics, Introduction to World Religions and Belief Systems, Disciplines and Ideas in Social Sciences. In 2019, I earned my Master's Degree in Social Science at the same university.  I have a huge passion for teaching Social Studies. I am persistent in giving my students quality education by setting up achievable goals, by using different and appropriate teaching strategies.
