I am from Bertie County and attended Bertie County Schools. I graduated from Elizabeth City State University with a degree in Business Administration and later added Business Education courses. I also attended East Carolina University where I attain a Master Degree in Library Science also an endorsement in computers which will allow me to work as a Technology Facilitator in North Carolina. I have four children including my stepdaughter and ten of the most beautiful grandchildren in the world.  I have a special love for the children of Bertie County and I love teaching them.
