Non competitive grant that provides financial assistance to rural school districts to improve student achievement.

Funds can be used to carry out the following activities:

Parent Engagement Activities

Title I Part A: Improving Basic Programs

Title II Part A: Supporting Effective Instruction

Title III Part A: Language Instruction

Title IV Part A: Student Support & Academic Achievement
