Hello everyone!

My name is Voilstead Kearney and I'm the Elementary Music Teacher for the elementary schools in Bertie County. I have been serving the district as a music teacher for about 17 years. I have well over 20 plus years as a music educator. Since 2019, I've been assigned to servicing ALL of the elementary schools in our district. This is a challenging adventure since I have encountered every elementary student that is in our district, but I promise to do my very best to help them to gain an appreciation for music in general.
